  • Enabling communication with customer candidates through corporate e-mail, personal mobile phone, etc.
  • Creation and recording of visitor logs
  • Ensuring the up-to-dateness of customer candidate information and informing them about campaigns when necessary

Customer Transaction Information

This data category expresses the type of product/service you are interested in and the purpose for which you want to acquire it.

Stored for 1 year after the termination of the relationship

  • Conducting information security processes
  • Presenting the most suitable product and service options to you as quickly as possible and providing you with better quality service

Physical Space Security

This data consists of visitor registration logs and security camera recordings created to ensure physical space security.

Camera recordings are stored for 15 days

c) Legal Basis for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal bases regulated in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

  • Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (Art. 5/2-f)
